We are hiring across Zamboanga Sibugay

If you have a positive can-do attitude and you want to build a career in business support services, we would like to hear from you.

The people on your account

Everyone who works on an iFOVS account is our employee. Not a contractor we found for you, not a freelancer we introduce and step away from – someone we recruited, trained, put on our payroll and remain accountable for.

That distinction decides most of what follows. Because our people are employed rather than placed, we carry the cost of recruitment, onboarding, equipment and cover for absences, and we carry the risk if the fit is wrong. You brief a role and we assign someone whose experience already fits it, rather than handing you a shortlist to assess.

How a team is put together

Each account has a named assistant doing the work and a named team lead who owns the outcome. When you have a question about quality, timelines or something that went wrong, there is a person to ask rather than a queue to join.

Larger accounts add specialists around that core – a bookkeeper alongside an executive assistant, a second agent for coverage – but the structure holds: someone does the work, someone owns the result, and you know both their names.

Why our people stay

We recruit and train in Zamboanga Sibugay, where a professional career close to home is worth keeping. That is not a sentiment – it is the reason turnover on our accounts is low, and low turnover is what lets an assistant still be useful in month twelve rather than still being trained.

Staff are employed on a straight hourly basis, part-time or full-time, with payroll, statutory contributions, 13th month pay, equipment and leave handled by us. When people are treated as employees rather than gig workers, they behave like employees: they stay, they learn your business, and they care whether it goes well.

What we hold everyone to

Integrity, accuracy and accountability, meant literally. Integrity means telling you something went wrong before you discover it yourself. Accuracy means the work is checked before it reaches you. Accountability means the named team lead answers for the account rather than pointing at a process.

Confidentiality is contractual and sits alongside those three: an NDA is signed before anyone touches a client system, access is granted to named individuals rather than shared logins, and it is revoked when someone leaves your account. Our privacy and confidentiality commitments set out how that works in practice.

If you would like to see how an engagement is set up from the first call onward, how iFOVS works walks through it step by step.
