Can they work in our tax software?
Yes, with a named login. Tell us which suite at the brief stage — Lacerte, UltraTax, Drake and CCH ProSystem are different environments and the experience does not transfer between them automatically.
Can we scale hours for busy season?
Yes. Most of our accounting clients do exactly that. Tell us the pattern and we staff for it.
Do they prepare returns?
They prepare workpapers, gather and organise source documents, and complete first-pass data entry. Review, judgement and sign-off remain with your qualified staff.
How do we give them access safely?
Individual named logins in your systems with minimum-necessary permissions, never a shared password, and an NDA signed before anything is opened.
