Positive can-do attitude
We start from what is possible. A request is met with a plan, not a list of reasons it cannot be done.
Core values
These are not posters on a wall. They are the terms on which we hire, train and keep our people.

01
We start from what is possible. A request is met with a plan, not a list of reasons it cannot be done.

02
Especially when no one is checking. Confidentiality, honesty and straight answers on every account.

03
Meeting the brief is the floor. We look for the extra thing that makes the client's week easier.

04
Work does not stop at a job description. When a teammate is under pressure, we move.

05
We report on outcomes. When something goes wrong we say so early, with what we are doing about it.

06
We grow by challenging each other to be better. "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
Most companies publish the same four words. What makes a value real is whether it changes a decision when the easy option points the other way. These are the three we hold people to, and what each one actually costs us.
You hear about a mistake from us, before you find it. An assistant who miscodes a batch of invoices or misses a follow-up is expected to raise it the same day, and is not penalised for doing so – because the alternative is a client discovering it later and wondering what else went unmentioned.
It also means we tell you when we are not the right answer. If a role genuinely needs someone in your timezone, or the work is better handled by a specialist we do not employ, we say so on the discovery call rather than taking the account and hoping.
Work is checked before it reaches you. For bookkeeping, medical administration and anything touching payment or patient data, that check is a second pair of eyes rather than the same person reading their own work twice.
Quality assurance is built into the hourly rate rather than sold as an upgrade, which is deliberate: a provider who bills accuracy separately has an incentive you should be wary of. Our quality assurance approach covers how that is done.
A named team lead owns the outcome on your account. Not a ticket queue, not a rotating duty manager – a person whose responsibility it is that the work is right, and who you can reach.
Because our staff are our employees, that accountability is ours to carry rather than yours. If the fit is wrong we replace the person and absorb the cost of doing so. You are not left managing a hire you did not make.
Our clients hand us inboxes, patient records, payment details and client lists. Confidentiality is therefore contractual rather than promised: an NDA before any system access, named logins rather than shared credentials, access scoped to the task, and access revoked when someone leaves your account – with confirmation to you that it has happened.
We align our handling of client data to GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS. We describe our practices as aligned to those frameworks rather than claiming certification we do not hold, because overstating it would fail the first value on this page. The full detail is on our privacy and confidentiality page.
iFOVS was built in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, to create careers worth keeping in a regional economy that exports most of its talent. Our mission is to grow into an enterprise able to employ many people locally and to fund work that lifts the community around it. The values above are what make a client relationship durable enough to support that.
Let's talk
